Printing Time Frame
While we make every effort to print your order as soon as possible, please allow us 24-48 Business hours to complete your order, and an additional 5 Business days for shipping, if applicable.
- Please pay close attention to the announcements at the top of the website incase we are unavailable to print on any dates. Should this be the case, please include the additional dates to the 24-48 hours timeframe to complete your order.Â

Artwork for Custom Printing
Please note that all artwork must be submitted at high resolution. It is preferred that artwork is set to 300 DPI for best results. You should ensure that your background is 100% transparent; otherwise, it will be printed as it is received. If the background is not transparent, it will be printed along with the design.
Artwork will be printed in the size that is submitted. We WILL NOT resize any images.
Miranda Printing is not responsible for quality issues that may result from poor quality/low resolution files submitted to us.
Miranda Printing cannot be held liable for copyright issues of any kind.
Custom Printing – Refunds
All sales are final on all custom products after they have been printed. There are no refunds once your order has been printed. Should you want to cancel your order prior to it being printed, there is a 3.5% restocking fee. If you have any further concerns regarding your recent purchase, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we make no promises on the outcome of your concern, we will do our best to make it right!Â
Supplies & Products – Refunds
This applies to any DTF supplies, blanks and any other equipment or product;Â If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, you can return any unopened and unused products within 15 days from the date of purchase. There is a 3.5% restocking fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be be returned to the same credit card or debit card that was used to make the purchase.Â

By Providing your phone number on your account and/or on your orders and/or opting to use our SMS notification feature, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us regarding your most recent purchases.
